Products can be returned for 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please place the item you’d like to return in its original packaging and shipping box and drop it off at your local post office.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, Porter Green does not supply replacement parts for any product. Should your product get damaged within 1 year of purchase, please contact us@portergreen.com.au.

We take the utmost care in packaging our products to make sure they get delivered safely. Should your purchase arrive damaged after all, please send an email to us@portergreen.com.au with a photo of the damaged product and your best shipping address for your replacement.

The shipping address can be changed until the order has been fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped the shipping address can no longer be changed.

Same product in a different colour:
Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange your product for the same product in a different colour free of charge. You will be responsible for the costs of the return shipment and the cost of shipping the new product to you.          

Different product:
Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange your product for a different product. The difference in price will be charged/refunded to you. You will be responsible for the costs of the return shipment and the cost of shipping the new product to you.

The charge is automatically calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, its packaging and destinations. The fee is calculated at checkout.

Standard domestic packages are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after order fulfillment.

All orders will be shipped with tracking. Please check your email for tracking information within 24 hours of your order being fulfilled.
